To migrate your website to your new host, download and import the full backup file of your website from the link we sent to you by email. This file is created using WPVivid, Free WordPress Website Backup and Migration Plugin.

Please note that all paid licenses are now deactivated as well as any security features added to your website. This website will remain unsecured and unmonitored for 15 days or on the day stated in your termination letter. Any temporary admin access to your website on our server will also be revoked per our hosting terms.
If you are transferring your website from an active account provided by us, please let us know by email at sales@rccgd.com to terminate your hosting account permanently for you as soon as you have finished migrating your website to your new hosting account.
